Which plan is right for my website?
The best plan depends on the type of website you have:
- WPVibrant Core is ideal for informational websites, such as blogs, business landing pages, portfolios, and non-e-commerce sites. It provides essential maintenance, security, and performance monitoring to keep your content accessible and running smoothly.
- WPVibrant Commerce is specifically designed for online stores using WooCommerce or SureCart. It includes everything in the Core plan, plus features critical for e-commerce sites, such as dedicated WooCommerce support, more frequent weekly updates to ensure platform compatibility and security, and a WooCommerce sales report to help you track your store’s performance.
If you sell products or services directly on your website, choose WPVibrant Commerce. If your website primarily provides information, choose WPVibrant Core. You can always enhance either plan with our add-on services for extra security, performance optimization, or SEO.
Why do I need a WordPress maintenance plan?
WordPress needs regular TLC to stay secure and fast. Our plans take the hassle out of it, so you can focus on your business. Think of it like regular oil changes for your car!
What happens if an update causes a problem on my site?
While this is rare, we are always prepared. Our first step is to immediately roll back the problematic update to get your site working again, often using our daily backups. Our plans include up to 30 minutes of expert time per month to resolve any update-related conflicts. If an issue is more complex (e.g., a major plugin conflict), we will provide you with a detailed assessment and a quote for the additional work, which can be covered by one of our Support Blocks.

How do the add-on services work with my plan?
Our add-on services are designed to enhance your existing Core or Commerce plan. When you choose an add-on, its monthly fee is simply added to your base plan’s price. This allows you to customize your website maintenance package with specific features like enhanced security, performance optimization, or SEO improvements, all managed under one convenient subscription.
